[Emailfda] Help needed during the FDA Hat & Tie Party.

Dear fellow FDA members!
 
As you all prepare to attend our FDA "Hat & Tie" celebration of the membership we have a special request.  We need volunteers to assist on the evening, at the party, with a couple of important efforts.
 
First, we need HELP with serving beverages during the course of the event.  This will hopefully be 1 hour shifts, depending on the number of individuals who step forward to help with the fun night.  Actually, it will be the best opportunity to show off your awesome Hat & Tie combination, and WOO the crowd.  Men and Women are being recruited, so don't miss this prime opportunity.
 
Second, we need someone with good photography skills who can take quality photos of the guests during the course of the evening.  Additionally, we will be presenting Retreat Hospital with a special Thank You Award and need photos of this as well.  Now is the time to get that camera out and help us capture the true spirit of our FAN-tastic community.
