FDA Membership "Hat & Tie" Encore Party 
 
To all FDA members, neighbors and friends… the FDA would like to cordially invite you to the best membership "Thank You" party in town.
 
For those of you who remember the fantastic time we all had at the first Hat & Tie membership extravaganza, well, it is time to break out those favorite hats & ties once more. Meet us at the VCU Commonwealth Ballroom on Saturday, March 20th, 2010, located at 907 Floyd Avenue in the VCU Student Commons Building, 2nd floor. For those of you who missed the last event, or are not yet members, you do not want to miss this incredibly awesome opportunity to have the time of your life. Only a crazy person would not save this date and come on down!
 
The event will start at 7:30 pm and conclude at 11:30 pm. You will be treated to quality live dance music by Freddie "C", and fill your bellies with fabulous complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks (wine, beer and soft drinks)!
 
The "Hat & Tie" membership party is The Fan District Association’s way of thanking each and every one of you for your support and volunteerism throughout the year. You will truly enjoy the wonderful spirit of fellowship that unfolds during the evening as we all meet new friends and neighbors, experience open conversations of all sorts, and of course show off that perfectly delightful Hat & Tie combination that makes the evening positively special.
 
For FDA members, your good standing membership is your ticket in! For anyone wishing to attend, you can join as a friend of the FDA (living outside the Fan District), or as a voting FDA member (those living within the Fan District) at the door for a mere $20.00.
 
Parking will be available on the street, with additional parking in the Cherry & Main VCU parking deck. For me… I’m walking!
