Good Afternoon,

 

Richmond City Police have been able to arrest 3 graffiti vandals
recently and I am trying to locate any residents that have had their
property vandalized and would like to press charges.  The attached PDF
gives the details and procedures.  Would it be possible to circulate
this and give residents the weekend to file a police report?  Most of
the vandalism occurred in the Fan, Oregon Hill, Jackson Ward, Downtown,
and Churchill areas.
