[Emailfda] Reporting Graffiti

[Fan Email Distribution List]

Several people have asked how to report graffiti properly.  I spoke with the
police this morning and this is the most effective process:  If the graffiti
is IN PROGRESS call 911.  If it is new graffiti REPORT IT at 646-5101.
