to www.richmondgov.com and click on the City Clerk's Office.  Click on
Ordinances and Resolutions, type in the ordinance number 2009-236 and
click on search.  Follow the instructions to the copy of the paper.
 
This paper is scheduled for a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19th at
5 p.m. at the Police Academy at 1202 West Graham Road.
 
The reasons for the changes are due to a decision by the courts that
parts of a noise related ordinance in Virginia Beach were
unconsitutional.  Richmond's ordinance contained some of the same
language.  A new ordinance had to be created that the Police could
enforce.  Let me know if you have questions.
