Your voice can make a difference. 

Help GRTC Transit System and DRPT improve transit service on Broad
Street. This important roadway and transit route serves many commercial
and residential areas and averages more than 700 bus trips daily. The
study will focus on the most congested section - a 7-mile length from
Rocketts Landing to Willow Lawn. Our team will evaluate different
approaches to introducing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) to Broad Street. BRT
uses a combination of new routes, stations, and roadway improvements to
provide a faster, more efficient transit service.

 

 Mark your calendar to attend a public meeting.

These informal meetings are identical and will be held from 6 p.m. - 8
p.m. with a presentation at 7 p.m. If Richmond Public Schools are closed
due to inclement weather, meetings will be held one week later. Updated
meeting information will be on the study web site.
