The VCU Medical Center is pleased to partner with WTVR-CBS 6 to  
present the 2010 Healthy Lifestyle Expo on Saturday, Feb. 13 at the  
Greater Richmond Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The expo  
provides a one-stop health care learning experience for all ages.  
Representatives from more than 25 clinics and services at the VCU  
Medical Center, including the Pauley Heart Center, Massey Cancer  
Center, Spine Center, Breast Imaging Center, Children’s Medical  
Center and many more, will be on hand to answer your health questions.

Promoting healthy living and total wellness, the expo will feature  
fitness and cooking demonstrations as well as adult and pediatric  
health screenings, product demonstrations and access to health and  
wellness experts. Special guest celebrity chef Nathan Lyon will offer  
live cooking demonstrations and will be on hand to answer your  
healthy cooking questions. The team from American Family Fitness will  
lead participants in aerobics and Ellwood Thompson’s Local Market  
will show how you can eat healthy.

Nearly 5,000 central Virginians attended last year’s expo, and the
