enrichmond, a foundation serving people, parks, and public spaces, invites you to take part in Earth Day festivities Sunday, April 25, 2010 between 12 Noon and 5 PM in the Manchester District, Richmond, Virginia. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Streets at Hull Streets will be blocked and filled with vendors and activities. The parking lot of the Common's features a main stage with performances by live bands. Some of Richmond's best local eats will be available, as will Widmer Brothers' and Bud Light beer. In addition to the main stage, there's an acoustic stage and a yoga and wellness area. Artist workshops at Art Works are all part of the fun, as well as an entire kid's activity area to live and learn about sustainability on 3rd Street. There's also an area devoted to an outdoor gear swap (canoes, kayaks, etc.)
