Fan Residents-

On the evening of April 12th, someone stole a moped after cutting a lock securing the moped to a pole.  This occurred at 2734 Grace Street.  Two similar burglaries occurred in the Museum District in the 24 hours before this theft.  In two case locks were cut and sheds broken into.  

On April 2nd, with the approval of Richmond's Animal Care and Control, a wolf/dog hybrid was allowed to return to the Fan, despite the fact that it has been declared a "Dangerous Dog" by a Virginia Court.  The animal is being kept at 115 North Lombardy Street.  This animal has not received an approved rabies vaccination, and one resident has already been forced to undergo a series of rabies shots following an attack.  Please exercise caution if you see the "wolf/dog."  The animal must, pursuant to Court Order, be muzzled, leashed, and under the control of its owner at all times.  If you see the animal out of its pen, and all three requirements are not met, please contact the police immediately.
