Subject: Rosedale currently in Lead for Census returns!


Rosedale now is in the lead with 66% of the mailed census reports returned!  Ginter Park, Sherwood Park and Gilpin are still in the running with over reporting approximately 50% each in returned forms.  At this point, the Fan area is reporting about 49% while Scott's Addition, Newtowne West, Carver and Jackson Ward and Downtown are still below 40%.  Each individual counted by the census helps the entire City of Richmond obtain federal dollars to be spent locally.  I encourage everyone to complete and mail back their form today!
