[Emailfda] FAN PARK CLEAN UP REMINDER SATURDAY OCTOBER 10th

DEAR FAN RESIDENTS!



The semi annual Fan Park Clean up is fast approaching !!? On October 10th, the FDA, in conjunction with the Fan Woman's Club, the Department of Public Works and the Parks and Recreation department, along with Heartfields is pulling together to help assist in this Fan-wide clean up effort. Lombardy, Grace, Meadow, Federal, Sydney, Scuffletown and Paradise Parks will all be participating. If you have not been contacted by your park Steward, please feel free to show up at 9am.at Heartfields for coffee and donuts before you start your day. Then pick a park! All parks will be in need of extra hands. There will be mulch duties and all parks will be receiving liriope and hostas to plant. Don't know who your park steward is? You may contact the following people?who are Park Stewards to let them know you're coming:

The clean up is planned from 9:00am until noon. Please remember to bring your own hand tools. Rakes and pitchforks will be provided. If you have a WHEELBARROW, Please BRING IT!! Water will be supplied to all Volunteers care of the Fan Woman's Club.
