[Emailfda] New Party Patrol phone number

The FDA's Party Patrol has a new phone number, 549-6962.  Continuing  
problems with the prior number and service make this change necessary.

     PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THE NEW NUMBER.

     To facilitate this change, both the new number and the prior  
number will be in service for the next three weeks.

     The FDA Party Patrol operates on Thursday, Friday and Saturday  
nights from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.

     At other hours and Sunday through Wednesday, call the police non- 
emergency number, 646-5100, or the 3d Precinct at646-1413.
