Fan Residents and Fan Residential Restricted Parking District Residents,

The N. Lombardy Street Pilot Period ends on April 10th, 2009.  (Note signage
will remain)

The FDA has placed a survey

the Fan District Association web site <http://www.fandistrict.org/>  and
would like you to take the time to answer the 9-questions so the FDA Board
of Directors can gather information to make an informed decision as to what
will happen to N. Lombardy Street following the pilot period.

We would like to thank everyone for your patients during this period as we
gathered data on how to resolve the conflicts over N. Lombardy and hope to
implement the resolution with  the beginning of the 2010 decal year on July
1. 2009.

Thank you in advance for you participation in the survey and helping to
improve parking in the Historic Fan District.
