[Emailfda] Expansion of Fan Residential Restricted Parking District - Zone 2

Residents of the Fan,

The new restricted parking signs are being installed in the expanded Fan
Residential Restricted Parking District (Zone 2) today, the first signs were
install on Grove Ave.  Affected residents should be getting a letter next
week about the purchase of 2010 decals and Annual Visitor Passes.  You can
check the status of the installation and obtain critical dates at
www.update.parking.fandistrict.org.  

The first thing you will notice is that the zone designation has been
integrated into the sign to reduce vandalism.  

We anticipate the all signs will be install by the end of next week and then
a 30-day warning period will begin followed by enforcement.
