[Emailfda] More Info - Fanfare Article On VCU Purchase

A recent Fanfare article, "VCU Buys Former Ukrop's Property," reported on a meeting between VCU officials and Fan residents concerning VCU's purchase of property at West Grace and Harrison.  That article referred to a 1990 agreement signed by VCU, the FDA, and other neighborhood groups limiting VCU's expansion west of Harrison.  Whether VCU's purchase violated that agreement was disputed, was debated at the meeting, and is the subject of ongoing discussions.
