Councilman Samuels and the Rosedale Civic Association to co-sponsor
community meeting in North Richmond regarding proposed ballpark in Shockoe
Bottom

 

Status of Boulevard area to be discussed

 

 

WHAT              Councilman Charles R. Samuels, North Central 2nd District,
Richmond City Council, will co-sponsor a meeting with the Rosedale Civic
Association in North Richmond that will include a public discussion
regarding the proposed Shockoe Center Development, a ballpark and mixed use
development in Shockoe Bottom. The status of the Boulevard area also will be
discussed. The meeting will include a presentation from the developer of the
Shockoe Center Development, Highwoods Properties.
