[Emailfda] Parking Reminder and update

Fan Residents,

Just a reminder affective September 1 restricted parking went into effect on
the 1800-block of Hanover Ave and the 100-300 blocks of N. Allen Ave.  The
grace period has expired and citations will be issued for vehicles without
zone-2 decals.

With the increased student and commercial activity the following streets are
also actively in the process of determining where or not to request to be
included in the Fan Residential Restricted Parking District - Zone 2:

1800-block of Grove Ave
1700-block of Floyd Ave
1900-block of Hanover Ave
200-block of N. Granby St.
