[Emailfda] Found Beautiful Black Dog

Good Evening,

 

I found a beautiful dog in the Fan that was almost killed running across
Main and Allen.  I searched all weekend for the owners, including putting an
ad on Craig's list, calling Animal Control, Posting Notices at Petsmart,
etc.  He is the sweetest, best natured dog, yet  he does not appear to have
been fixed and he is afraid to get in a car or come inside my house.  He
listens well and everyone that meets him just falls in love with his smile
and wagging tail.  He loves all dogs and even cats.

 

He looks like a mix of a lab and Retriever and is pure black.  His fur and
his teeth are clean and he appears to be in good health.  He acts like a
puppy and he may be 2 years old?

 

I would love to keep him but am looking for a Foster Home or help adopting
him.  I travel 90% of the time and am leaving on a 3 week trip out of the
country.  If there is anything you could do to assist or know anyone I could
call, I would appreciate it.
