Subject:  	IMPORTANT Call for Committee Chairperson Volunteers

Good day to all of you!  

As you may know, the annual Fan Holiday House Tour has been an important
part of the Richmond holiday events scene for 45 years. We are hoping to
have yet another wonderful tour this year during the weekend of December
13th and 14th. To that end, we are sending out this important request for
volunteers for the following three open committee chairperson positions:

Homes Committee:  Identify and recruit homeowners whose homes will be on the
Tour. (Our goal is to have 10 homes, and we have identified 6 potential
homes as of this date.)

Hospitality Committee: Identify and recruit 1 or 2 hospitality centers to
provide refreshments, restrooms, some parking and possibly some
entertainment for tour participants who would like to take a break. This
committee may also wish to consider obtaining additional restroom facilities
for tour participants this year.

Sponsorship/Fundraising Committee:  Identify and recruit at least one major
sponsor and other sponsors for the tour. Last year, Retreat Hospital was the
major sponsor with an $8,000.00 donation.

The other committee chairperson positions are filled, but these remaining
three are crucial in order to promote a successful tour. If you are
interested in filling one of these important positions, please contact Page
or Terri (contact information above) as soon as possible, and we will
provide you with additional information and resources regarding the
position.

If you cannot chair one of these committees but are interested in
volunteering in some other capacity (such as house host or hostess,
volunteering your home for the tour, etc.), please let us know that as well.
